Nscale announced the acquisition of Future-tech, a European data center engineering consultancy.
Future-tech will brings experience and an team of around 60 people into Nscale, including designers, engineers, consultants, project managers, technical specialists and operators. This will help Nscale move even faster on global execution – from concept design through to deployment – at a time when demand for AI infrastructure is growing in every region.

By bringing that expertise into Nscale, we’re able to move more quickly on behalf of our customers around the world.”
The acquisition follows a series of major milestones for Nscale this year. The company has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Nidhi Chappell as President of AI Infrastructure, announced its European expansion in Iceland with Verne, and deepened its relationship with Microsoft through a plan to deploy approximately 200,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs across Europe. Nscale also closed a $1.1 billion Series B funding round, the largest in European history.

Future-tech will begin integrating into Nscale over the coming months, with a focus on combining teams around design, project delivery and operations while maintaining continuity for existing clients.
